The official launch of the African Food Systems Forum 2025 was last April 10th in Dakar, Senegal. The 2025 theme was officially unveiled. Hosted under the leadership of H.E. Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar FAYE, President of the Republic of Senegal, this year’s forum will focus on: “Africa’s Youth Leading Collaboration, Innovation, and Implementation of Agri-Food Systems Transformation.”
There are six content pillars:
- Women & Youth in Food Systems
- Sustainability & Climate
- Finance Gap & Accountability
- Digital & Innovation
- Trade & Regional Integration
- Profiling Senegal & West Africa
NFP is calling upon its partners in Netherlands and Africa to indicate their participation in the AFSF. Similar to other major events, we can offer you and your colleagues briefings on preparations, side-sessions, network opportunities and so on.
