InHolland Green Juniors student report on technical solutions to reduce losses in avocado

This informative six minute video was created by Di Sun, Meihao Xie, Xiuwen Wang, Yatao Lu and Xiaoyi Zhang, five international students at the InHolland university of applied sciences in Delft. Their research is part of the FORQLAB living lab on food losses and food quality. The video summarizes their findings concerning food losses in the avocado export chain in Kenya in the stages of sorting, packaging, storage and transport. The Green Juniors student team presents technical solutions to reduce losses. Some of the images for this video were kindly shared by the interviewed company for educational purposes.
