Capacity development in PPPs discussed at RVO meeting in Kigali

Mid 2022, RVO and NFP started a joint learning track on capacity development. Together, they hired iCRA for an inventory of lessons learned from Dutch projects. iCRA looked at a sample of PPP projects funded by RVO and some more programs from the NFP partner network. The insights from the inventory are presented in the video below, presented at the RVO and EKN Kigali meeting for their East African partners. Other deliverables in this learning track are a report including policy recommendations and a check list for implementers.  Enjoy the video and leave your comments.
